These atudies (among several that we could include), cunducted independently in different regions of the United States and with different ethnolinguistic and age groups, highlight both teachers and children as active learners using languages and literacy as tools for inquiry, communication, and thinking.
It says that teachers and students learn at the same time, because they have to communicate in different ways and using different resources for learning.
No matter where are you from or where you came from the way of learning is the same, with the students and teachers communicating with different tools
ReplyDeleteWhen teachers are learning something, this would always help students too because both are active learners.
ReplyDeleteI think this is saying that we all learn the same we just need to figure out ways of using our languages to our advantage and other things. Teaching the teacher to use our surroundings to teach us will make it easier to learn, then trying to learn with things that are not familiar to you.
